As an artist, my interest lies in the relationship between our inner life and outer world. Influenced by theology, sociology and psychology, I seek to understand meaning, belonging and identity. These areas of interest shape how I approach my work.

My study and research in art, in Ireland and abroad, including Crawford College of Art and Design, Limerick School of Art and Design, Galway and SRISA Florence, has shaped a visual language grounded in observation, reflection and experimentation. Based in the west of Ireland, living by the sea, my practice is layered and process-driven, no matter what medium I work with.
